Advisory Board
Dr George Nworlu
(Ag. Chairman)
Dr. George Onura Nwolu is a distinguished professional with a remarkable career spanning over two decades in public health and government service. Born in 1954 in Alesa Eleme, Rivers State, Nigeria, Dr. Nwolu’s educational background includes studying medicine at Rostov State Medical Institute, USSR (1978-1985) where he obtained his MD, and later pursuing community health at the University of Innsbruck School of Social Medicine/Public Health Austria.
Upon returning to Nigeria in 1985, Dr. Nwolu completed his internship at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital and went on to serve in the Rivers State Ministry of Health, rising through the ranks from Medical Officer of Health to Deputy Director, Epidemiology.
In 1999, Dr. Nwolu was appointed Permanent Secretary in the Rivers State Civil Service, serving in various ministries, including:
– Ministry of Health
– Ministry of Employment & Empowerment – Ministry of Environment
– Ministry of Energy & Natural Resources – Ministry of Works
After retiring from active service in 2014, Dr. Nwolu has continued to leverage his expertise, sitting on various boards and serving as an advisor to different organizations globally.
COL. (Barr) Obasi Chukwu Ogukwe Rtd.
Sub committee Chair (Real Estate & Constructions)
Colonel Chukwu Ogukwe Obasi (rtd) PhD, a Nigerian born retired Nigerian Army Military Officer and a renowned Leadership and Management Consultant is known for co-founding numerous companies like the Leadership Incubation Hub, and the Institute of Healthcare Marketing of Nigeria, and he is the owner of COPOXTRASS Nigeria Limited, a construction, real estate and procurement company based in Abuja, among others.
He was promoted Colonel on 3 Sept 2018.
Among the numerous appointment he held are as an Assistant Director in the Nigerian Army Headquarters, Department of Standard and Evaluation, Abuja, as an Evaluator, the acting Chief of Staff (COS) at the Headquarters Nigerian Army Medical Corps and the acting Commandant, Nigerian Army School of Medical Sciences, (NASMS), Ojo Military Cantonment. He was also the acting Coordinator Armed Forces Programme on AIDS Control (AFPAC).
Colonel CO Obasi voluntarily retired from the NA from 9 May 2022 after attaining the maximum 35 years of service.
Mr Abiola Fajimi MCIoD, FCA, CISA

Abiola is an entrepreneur, a chartered accountant and a Certified Information System Auditor.
Abiola has over twenty years’ experience in audit, advisory, International Financial Reporting Standards, software and business development across several industries including banking, manufacturing, oil and gas, insurance, assets management, pension, private equity fund, start-ups, technology etc. He has experience finding and establishing business relationships with partners within and outside of Nigeria and has been involved in raising of funds for major Nigeria companies. Abiola has extensive insight in starting up businesses.
Joy Okoyo Michael's (Esq)
Secretary of Board, Sub committee; Talent/People & Culture/ Employment/ Labour law specialist.
Joy Okoyo is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with extensive experience in managing human capital. Currently serving as the Human Resource Officer at New Era Residence, UK, Joy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
As a member of the board at AbjLagosPH Properties Investment Limited, Joy contributes her skills and experience to drive strategic decision-making and growth. Her background in human resources enables her to provide valuable insights on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

David is a seasoned serial entrepreneur an Alumnis of the Pretiguoius Lagos Business School & University of Benin, Ugbowo campus. He has Over 14 years work experience in Oil & Gas, Public sector, Construction. Educa- tion & Consulting. A writer, Mentor, Teacher & Gospel promoter. Father, Husband, golfer, and avid reader. His Foundation The David Ebhohimen Foundation has been impacful to over 50 indigent students to the glory of God
Idiaghe Osamuyiamen
COO & VP Audit/Tax & Business Analysis
Idiaghe Osamuyiamen holds a 2023 – 2024 Master’s degree at Essex Business School and a Certified Business Analyst with IBM. Idiaghe Osamuyiamen brings over 15 years of experience from previous roles at PML and KPMG delivering insights, managing risk, and supporting strategic decisions across banking, pension, asset management, and capital markets. At Union Bank Plc., he serves as a financial reporting Analyst and Tax Manage- ment Specialist, showcasing a robust skill set that includes Auditing, IFRS, External Audit, Internal Controls, Internal Audit and more.
He now serves as the Chief Operating Officer of AbjLagosPH Property Investment Limited where he brings his years of expertise to bear in our operations.
Nancy David E.
Vice President, Corporate Services
Nancy David E. is a seasoned professional with 13 years of experience in managing SMEs. As Vice President, Corporate Services, she leverages her expertise in marketing, corporate services, and business development to drive growth and excellence. Nancy holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Port Harcourt (Uniport). With a strong background and leadership skills, Nancy oversees the stakeholders management functions, ensures operational excellence, and fosters innovation and customer satisfaction, solidifying her reputation as a respected leader.
